FAQs

What is the official currency of Portugal?
Portugal deals with Euro, of course. All banks are open from 8h30 to 15h00 (no lunch break), except on weekends. All banks exchange traveller’s checks and Eurochecks. If you are arriving from outside Europe or from the UK, have your passport with you when cashing travellers checks. You can use major credit cards in the ATM; for safety reasons, one can “only” withdraw a maximum of 400€ per day (approx. $430 USD).

Will there be WiFi at the conference?
There is wireless internet at the hotel and at Zoomarine.
